Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module Administrator
2. Click on Equipment Menu from TPM Setup tab
3. Click on Created Equipment
4. Change the status from In use to Not in Use
5. Close the Pop up window without entering the date
6. Observe the Status in Equipment Info screen
