Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module Administrator
2. Click on Transaction tab
3. Click on Spare Part Entry Menu
4. Click on Submit button
5. Observe the Alert
6. Click on Ok button
7. Observe the Result
