Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module Administrator
2. Click on Transaction tab
3. Click on Spare Part Entry Menu
4. Select the Trade
5. Click on Add button in Item Request
6. Observe the Alert

Description

Issue 1: Spare Part Entry: When clicking into the Item from the dropdown list, it displays alert like "Please Enter PR date".

Issue 2: If the Vendor details not there for selected Item, while clicking on Save button. The system should display Alert. (Here it getting hanged)
