openIn Fill checklist page, if the user changes the check point answer from No to Yes, if there is any NC is mapped to that checkpoint, Alert shows as “Do you want to delete”, Instead it should display as “Do you want to delete NC”.

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login as Auditor.
2. Go to Perform audit menu.
3. Click on upload audit records.
4. Click on wrong answer.
5. Create NC against that checkpoint.
6. Now change the answer to correct answer.
7. Observe the alert message.
