Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in as Auditee.
2. Go to supplier self evaluation menu.
3. Open the Checklist form for closed-out audit
4. Change the answer for the checklist.
5. Click on submit.
6. Go to Auditor page.
7. Open the checkpoints and observe
