1.Login as Suite administrator in IE browser
2.Select Modules from setup menu
3.Click Select User
4.Switch between Entity based search and User based search
5.Observe the result

Description

• While switching between Entity based search and User based search, Radio button turns complete black in color.
• Also provide Loading symbol when switching

This Is not an issue.
by default this is an IE/EDGE browser Behaviour.

As per the discussion with biju, it was working in earlier cycles and QA is expecting the same behaviour in the current cycle.
Earlier In IE browser it was working fine, so reopening this issue.
