Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to Ewqims
2.Go to Doc pro
3.Click on Documents
4.Select the level
5.Document has revision date as 04/25/2017
6.Right click the document and make a change request
7.After the document is published
8.Revision date is showing the same date 04/25/2017 but the effective date is changed to revised date 04/26/2017
