1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module Administrator
2. Click on Activities tab
3. Click on Breakdown Work order menu
4. Click on Activities field
5. Observe the screen

Breakdown Workorder: Activities --> The system should allow user to select the User details. (To track who done the Activity)

Breakdown maintenance/ad hoc maintenance may involve multiple personnel working on same M/C. How is that handled in breakdown maintenance
