Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module Administrator
2. Click on TPM setup tab
3. Click on Equipment Menu
4. Click on Created Equipment or Newly created Equipment
5. Click on Criticality Icon
6. Click on Print button in Equipment critical evaluation pop up window
7. Observe the Export file

Description

Issue 1: Equipment: Criticality--> Print --> When a user tries to Print the Equipment critical Evaluation, it displays Content Id, Actual Score, Equipment Id and Content count.

Issue 2:
(a) Score should be renamed to St std - Closed
(b) Sl no should be renamed to Score

Issue 3:
Total Count and Std count not displays properly
