Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as Suite Administrator
2.In (DD-MM-YYYY) format Select Holiday Lists from Systems menu
3.Click on New and Enter From date - 01/01/2020 and To date - 01/12/2020
4.Assign weekly holidays and enter Start date - 12/10/2020 and End date - 28/10/2020
5.Click save and Observe the result

Description

If the From date - 01/01/2020 and To date - 01/12/2020
then For Start date - 12/10/2020 and End date - 28/10/2020

Here when To date is before 12/12/2020 system displays Start date must be lesser than To date.
And when To date is from 13/12/2020 to 28/12/2020 system displays End date must be lesser than To date.
