1)Login as Project manager
2)Open the project
3)Select the deliverable
4)Attach draft and convert it to document
5)Now observe the Revision history summary icon
Description
1)For the first round of draft review - it shows as terminated for other reviewers(Only one is mandatory).
2)For the second round of draft review - it shows as In Process for other reviewers(Only one is mandatory).
3)Clicking on view attachment it download the file two times(Refer video)
Note : Project name : New product development.
Task name: User replacement.

3)Clicking on view attachment it download the file two times(Refer video) - Not able to verify site is very slow - Not fixed (issue occurs in chrome browser)
