1)Login to module as admin
2)Click on Lpa schedule
3)After schedule is created
4)Perform audit
5)Upload findings
6)Now Delete the Checklist/checkpoints mapped with the equipments
7)using base date
8)Click on Lpa schedule
9)Observe
