closedBreakdown Workorder: When a user tries to delete the Activity which is created from the Breakdown Activity, the system allows to delete the data without showing the "dependency Alert message".

1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Supervisor Rights
2. Click on Activities tab
3. Click on Breakdown Work order List menu
4. Click on Assigned WO
5. Click Add button in Activities tab
6. Enter the Mandatory with "yes" for add in activity master
7. Click on Save button
8. Click on Activity Master Menu from TPM Setup tab
9. Select the Row which is created from Breakdown Activity
10. Click on Delete button
11. Observe the Screen
12. Click on Breakdown Work order list menu and Completion Menu
13. Observe the Activity field
14. The Specification, unit of Duration, and all getting deleted
Description
Issue 1: Breakdown Workorder: When a user tries to delete the Activity which is created from the Breakdown Activity, the system allows to delete the data without showing the "dependency Alert message".
Issue 2: In Breakdown WO --> The deleted Activity showing improperly in Breakdown Work order Requested and Breakdown Work order completion screen.
