Regression: :Shift Timings - When importing the tempates and vieweing the duration,the duration shows in negative value as -1.06 and when adding a new deliverable, the schedule end date is displayed as "01/01/1000" and the duration as .47

Steps To Reproduce:
Create a project
Right click and attach task from template (*Six Sigma Template)
Select few phases and click on done
View the duration of the tasks
duration is displayed as -1.06
Add a new deliverable, the view the schedule end date
Dev Commitment to Resolve in::
Description
Shift Timing : 12AM and 4AM
Templates
1)When clicking on save page keeps on loading.
2)When clicking on deliverable info for the indented task it shows server error.
3)Added new deliverable is not saved
Attach from template - When using right click and attach template option for the second time to attach tasks, the project is corrupted and none of the tasks are not listed in the project
