Steps To Reproduce:

1)Login into EwQIms application
2)Select MSA module
3)Go To GRR TAB
4)Create Measurement System Definition group for attribute
5)Go To Conduct Gage RR Menu
6)Select the gage and conduct study
7)Go To Gage RR Attribute Form of specific user
8)Select the Gage and Parameter
9)Simply click on SAVe button

Observe the result

Description

After selecting the gage details and selecting the parameter ,without selecting any value and clicking on SAVE button "500 Internal server error" occured
