1. Login as administrator
2. Click on "Audit Program" link
3. Click on new audit program link from menu
4. Click on "View template" icon for template 1,2

Description

1. The template title/labels should be highlighted with background color (As per old template)

2. Title (Template-1 and Template-2) is missing
