1.Login as RFD module administrator
2.Change the theme and Select a PI
3.Publish any document and re-verify the document
4.Observe the result

Description

Except default theme, all other themes does not display any difference or link to open the published document.
User has to mouse over on the PUBLISHED DOCUMENT NAME
