closedDocPro Level Selector - On Reset all level in docpro level selector tab then publishing the document in docpro default MSA module level is not displaying in docpro folder structure.

Steps To Reproduce:
1. login to ewqims application.
2. click on setup menu.
3. click on business rules submenu.
4. click on docpro level selector tab.
5. click on reset level icon and click on OK button.
6. Go to calibration - Publish the certificate.
7. Select the module DocPro.
8. Click on Modules level.
9. Observe the name of modules.
