Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login as auditee
2. Click on corrective actions link from menu
3. Click on auditee path hyperlink
4. Select any car for a finding
5. Click on car # hyperlink
6. Select approval route from list
7. Click on submit button
8. Click on submit button inside the form
9. Observe the result

Description
Auditee Response-> Publish is not working as expected
The page is not responding when clicking on "Submit" button after selecting approval route.
Note: Auditee response approval process is enabled in business rules
