1. Login as auditee
2. Click on corrective actions link from menu
3. Click on auditee path hyperlink
4. Select any car for a finding

Description

Auditee Response-> All Form-> Problem on adding data on a row. Error message displayed as "Adding new row was unsuccesfull" when clicking on add button
