Unlock users - After unlocking the user, system displays correct count. But on refresh, count is not increasing even if user has logged in.

1.Enter URL
2.Login as Suite Administrator
3.Select Unlock user menu from users tab
4.Unlock any user and Observe the count
5.Log in with any user and Observe the count

Description
