Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login as auditor
2. Click on perform audit link from menu
3. Click on any one Checklist audit link from listing page
4. Click on upload audit records button
5. Click on "Checklist" name hyperlink
6. Provide the answer by clicking on checkpoint radio button
7. Right click on NC/OFI status for each checkpoint
8. Observe the result
