Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login as admin
2. Click on audit cycle link from menu
3. Click on "New" button
4. Enter the data in all mandatory fields
5. Click on "Add annual audit" button
6. Create annual audit plan and save it
7. Create actual audit from planned audit
8. Click on "Add actual audit" button directly
9. Create actual audit directly and observe the result
