Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to Ewqims
2.Go to Doc pro
3.Click on documents
4.Select the level and right click from the document which has 2 revisions
5.Select revision history summary
6.Delete the latest revision
7.Click on documents
Documents are duplicated
