Equipment: Activity--> CBM type: When a user tries to select the Existing parameter for newly created Activity, the system not getting saved the data

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module Administrator
2. Click on Equipment Menu
3. Click on Created Equipment
4. Create One CBM Activity
5. Create another CBM Activity
6. Try to select the Same specification
7. Observe the Listing screen
8. Click on Specification field
9. Click on Select Parameter button
10. Edit the value
11. Observe the Listing screen
12. Click on Specification field
13. Select the Newly added parameter
14. Click on delete button
15. Observe the screen
16.Again click on Specification field
17. Observe the Result

Description

Issue 1: Equipment: Activity--> CBM type: When a user tries to select the Existing parameter, the system not getting updated the data.

Issue 2: When a user tries to select one more parameter from the parameter pop up window, system displays the data properly. when trying to delete the parameter, it getting deleted but displays in the listing screen
