Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module Administrator
2. Click on transaction tab
3. Click on CBM
4. Create WO for X axis, Y axis and Z axis
5. Click on PM Supervisor Calendar
6. Select PM Type as "CBM"
7. Click on Scheduled WO
8. Assign User1 for first, second
9. Observe the third definition code when assigning the same person
