Steps To Reproduce:

1)Login as project manager
2)Select the project to request change
3)observe the published ECR form
4)Now fill the ECN form
5)Click on notify observe the result

Description

1)Logo is not displayed in the published ECR form.
2)Not able to view the attachment in the ECN form(Attachment name displayed incorrectly).
3)Clicking on notify button in other browsers other than IE is not working.
4)Adding users in the ECN form is not displaying the numbers instead of user names.
5)Not able to select the Part name in the ECR form in the fire fox browser

1)Logo is not displayed in the published ECR form. - Not fixed
2)Not able to view the attachment in the ECN form(Attachment name displayed incorrectly). - Issue Fixed(Impact Attachment link now not displayed in ECR form)
3)Clicking on notify button in other browsers other than IE is not working.- Verified in chrome, Edge
4)Adding users in the ECN form is not displaying the numbers instead of user names. - Issue Fixed.
5)Not able to select the Part name in the ECR form in the fire fox browser - Not Fixed
