Steps To Reproduce:
1)Login to module as auditor
2)Click on Perform audit
3)Click on Upload audit record
4)Frist select the ans to checkpoint as No
5)Submit
6)Upload audit result
7)After audit result is uploaded
8)Click on Edit record
9)Change the ans from No to Yes
10)Click yes on the validation alert
11)Observe
