Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as Maintenance Person Rights
2. Click on Activities tab
3. Click on Breakdown Work order List and Work order Menu
4. Click Add button on Breakdown Activity
5. Observe the design
6. Enter the data
7. Click on Save button
8. Observe the Add to Activity Master field

Description

Issue 1: Breakdown Workorder List: No need horizontal scroll bar at the bottom of the screen.

Issue 2: Updated "Add in Master Activity" data not getting displayed on the screen.
