Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to Ewqims
2.Go to Doc pro
3.Click on Document management
4.Select the level and click on Document name link
5.Click on Document Onwer and change the owner
6.Click on Save
7.Selected user is not displayed, it shows the previous document owner
