Steps To Reproduce:
1. Log in as Admin.
2. Go to Interested party Expectation tab.
3. Click on Golas and objectives menu.
4. Click on Deploy goals and objective button.
5. Select Deploy to as position.
6. Select Expectation category.
7. Select distribution level as Equal.
8. Deploy the goals.
9. Go to Boss forms tab.
10. Click on objective form.
11. Click on user.
12. Select the user from that deployed position.
13. observe the result.
