Steps To Reproduce:
1)Login to module as admin
2)Click on administrator tab
3)Create A LPA schedule
4)Using the month mode create schedule for 2018 for specific month
5)Once the schedule is created
6)Change the Year Alone and select the some other month
7)Now Click on create schedule
8)Observe

1)create schedule for 2018 for specific month
2)change the year to 2019 and and create schedule using same equipment and mode
