LPA: The saved template is not displaying properly while retrieving

Steps To Reproduce:

1)Login to module as admin
2)Click on administrator tab
3)Create A LPA schedule
4)After schedule is created
5)Click on save template
6)After the template is saved
7)Click on save template again
8)Observe

Description

The saved template is not displaying properly while retrieving and it displays with horizontal scroll and vertical scroll

When saved multiple times using same template while retrieving displays multiple templates
