Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as RFD Module administrator
2.Select a PI
3.Select DFMEA and Add failure, Effect and Cause for parent element
4.Now select and Add failure, Effect and Cause for child element
5.Select EFC Tree diagram and flow down to child element
6.Observe the EFC Tree of parent as well as Child element
