User Replacement - After copying all right to other user, system copies only module rights and limited group rights. Suite rights and Site rights are also not copied.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login to Ewqims application.
2. click on users menu - click on users replacement icon.
3. click on copy all rights button - select the user.
4. Select the second user and observe the screen.

Description

After copying all right to other user, system copies only module rights and limited group rights. Suite rights and Site rights are also not copied.
