Steps To Reproduce:
1.Open the Browser
2.Enter the URL
3.Enter the Username and Password
4.Click on Login Button
5.Click on Module icon
6.Click on Inspection Control
7.Click on Setup
8.Click on IC Settings
9.Check Running part status
10.Go to Action
11.Click on Inspection Sheet
12.Select the operation
13.Give Lot size,Lot No & click on submit
14.Observe the Results
