1. Login to EwQIMS Application.
2. Click on system menu - Click on teams Submenu.
3. click on new button and observe the entity field.

Initially we cannot set Corporate as default. Because this page used by many modules and if they don't have rights how we can define as default? So we need to keep as blank all the time. So please close this issue.
