Steps To Reproduce:

1) Login to module as auditor
2) Click on perform audit
3) Raise OFI for an audit
4) Follow the following scenario mentioned in description
5) Observe the screens for both the scenarios

Description

Corrective action Status (For Admin, Auditor and Auditee)-> The audit status displaying as Completed and OFI status is displays as not closed out

Note: Auditee response for OFI is not mandatory in business rule settings.

Scenario-1 The audit status is displaying as closed out and but the raised OFI status is displayed as "Not Closed out" status (yellow color)

Scenario-2 The audit status is displaying as closed out and but the raised OFI status is displayed as "Not Closed out" status(yellow color) - (Identified 1 NC and 1 OFI and the NC is closed by auditor and OFI is Not closed out).
