1. Login as admin
2. Click on audit cycle
3. Create new audit without planned audit by using 1 & 2 step

Description
HTTPS-> The audit calendar settings are not displayed based on administrator settings
1. First Week Of Year - Starts on Jan 1 is admin settings -- But in audit cycle its showing "First Full Week" only
2. First Week Of Year - First 4 day week is admin settings -- But in audit cycle its showing "First Full Week" only
The above issue occurred only when creating direct actual audits without creating planned audit
