Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as audit pro admin
2. Click on "Process-activities" link from menu
3. Click on + button on audit form
4. Attach more then one form
5. Click on More link
6. Observe the result

Description

1. Horizontal scroll is not displayed after mapping a audit form with process . so unable to view to the audit form option after mapping. (Refer attachment Design-1)

2. Process - Audit Form mapping -> Attachments window size has to increase to reduce the unwanted vertical and horizontal scroll (Refer attachment Design-2)
