2. Click on corrective actions link from menu
3. Click on Auditee hyperlink
4. Click on CAR # hyperlink
5. Click on team / sub cause selection dropdown

Description

Corrective actions -> Auditee Response window -> Problem on viewing data's in dropdown

1. Team field is not displaying the data based on "Entity" selection

2. Sub Cause field is not displaying the data based on "Cause" selection
