Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as auditor
2. Click on perform audit link from menu
3. Click on audit cycle link
4. Click on upload audit records
5. Submit the audit result
6. Click on "Upload NC/OFI" button
7. Upload the NC or OFI or Both
8. Click on "View Previous Car" button
9. Click on "Is a site" as "Yes"
10. Click on "Auditee" selection
11. Observe the result
