Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as admin
2. Click on Perform audit link from menu
3. Click on any one scheduled audit hyperlink
4. Click on upload audit records
5. Do not attach any attachment for reference type of audit form
6. Submit the result and observe the result in Uploaded Audit Result Tab

Description

Perform Audit -> Uploaded Audit Result Tab -> Search is not working for reference audit form type . Now the system is showing - for reference type of forms after submitting audit result without any attachment. Either - should remove else search should work or give some other text like "N/A" instaed of -
