Create PI Window - On clicking Create button without entering PI name, wrong alert is displayed

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as RFD Module administrator
2.Select a PI
3.Select any Pi and Right click
4.Select Create Production item menu
5.Click on Create button and observe the result

Description

System should display 'Please Enter the PI Name'.
