A user who has access rights for a particular site(say corporate) can able to see all the other sites.Same occurs,when the group user is removed/deleted from the site

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to EwQIMS
2.Create a user(Say User A) in corporate site and user B in PPT1 site
3.Assign user A as module admin for corporate site
4.Login as User A
5.Corporate site alone displayed in dropdown
6.Assign User B as module admin for PPT1 site
7.Login as User A
4.Dropdown shows corporate as well as ppt1 site
