Regression : When converting draft to document then in the revision history page the document and its draft details are not displayed.

Steps To Reproduce:

1)Login as Project manager
2)Open the project
3)Select the deliverable
4)Attach draft and convert it to document
5)Now observe the Revision history summary icon

Description

Regression :

1)When converting draft to document then in the revision history page the document and its draft details are not displayed.

2)when attaching the revised output document it shows error for the document converted from draft.

3)Document status is displayed as approved instead of awaiting for approval

4)Revised output document button is displayed.
