1. Login as auditor
2. Click on perform audit link
3. Click on any one audit cycle name link
4. Click on upload audit records and submit the result
5. Click on submit to auditee button
6. Open the audit report form

Description

Audit Report Form -> Problem on showing default data's

1. Default standard displaying as ISO/TS 16949:2009 / ISO 9001:2008 - Audit Program - Clause mapping name should be displayed

2. Department / Process field displayed as "Quality" - Expected -> The department name should be displayed here

3. Type of audit -> The text displayed as "THLCustomer"
