Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login as auditor
2. Click on perform audit link
3. Click on any one audit cycle name link
4. Click on upload audit records and submit the result
5. Click on submit to auditee button
6. Open the audit report form
7. Move the form to "Corrective action form and include the root cause analysis" TAB

Description
Audit Report Form -> "Corrective action form and include the root cause analysis" TAB -> The page should display the data in following manner
1. This tab should be displayed all the created NC and OFI
2. No need to display time for Response Target date / date closed / date verified
3. The field "Response Target date / date closed / date verified"- Showing the data before publish the audit report form
