1. Login as auditor
2. Click on perform audit link
3. Click on any one audit cycle name link
4. Click on upload audit records and submit the result
5. Click on submit to auditee button
6. Open the audit report form

Description

Audit Report Form -> Design issues in audit report from.

1. Need to decrease the space in Clause field and Lead auditor name field (Overall merged cell space has to decrease)
2. All titles / sub titles should be highlighted in different color
3. Signature - Lengthy text is displayed as "No Signature available
