VOC- "JS Error" occurs in Requirement Type Field

•Click VOC
•Double click on Requirement Type

Description

VOC-->Created a New Field entered all the mandatory field and then double click on Requirement Type, system will showing the Requirement Type List which created in FST. Once the Page was refreshed, again double click on Requirement Type. It displays "JS Error".
